    Solutions

The executive board sat with their eyes cast down at the chipped and faded mahogany table.

“People,” Deemo cooed. “I wasn’t asking for much. Just solutions. But what have you given me?”

Deemo leaned in close, his mouth a millimeter from a pale, shivering, terrified man’s ear. The man flinched, but didn’t look up.

“Bupkis,” Deemo said, emphasizing each consonant. “Bupkis don’t work in the apocalypse, people.”

    Shick shunck!

The blade was through the chair, the man, and back out before anyone could even react.

“What do I want?” Deemo asked.

“Solutions,” the executive board replied in unison.

    “Damn right…”

    Cheers!

Writing In Suburbia #52: Go Home, Excuses! You’re Drunk!

This week’s (month’s?) episode is all about how aspiring (hate that word) writers make excuses not to do the work. Which is total BS. I talk about how you have complete power and control over where, when, and how you write, so shut up with the excuses!

I also talk about my pending gallbladder surgery. Fun!

    Enjoy!

    Z-Burbia Limited Edition Hardcover!

That’s right, my friends! The novel that started it all is now available as a Limited Edition Hardcover!

I am working with DarkMuse Syndicate (a partner of DarkFuse Press) to put out 52 copies of a signed, numbered hardcover of the first book in the Z-Burbia series. 52 copies only, y’all!

Now, my mailing list folks got first choice yesterday, but the book has only officially been available since midnight. You still have time! But not much, yo. DarkFuse is offering these books to their entire subscriber list, so I’d advise moving fast if you want a copy. Once they are gone, they are gone!

Hop to it and click the pic!

Writing In Suburbia #26: You Ain’t Hurtin’ Who You Think You Are

    Howdy!

In this week’s episode I talk about how a lot of indie booksellers boycott CreateSpace because it’s an Amazon company. I voice my opinion on this subject and also rant a little about all the angry moms at Trader Joe’s today. Trust me, folks, they were angry. But mostly I talk about the boycott against CreateSpace.

    Enjoy!
