• Dead Mech Episode 15 is here and rip-roaring ready to go!

I think y’all are going to like this one. June really comes into her own in this episode. I originally set her up as a victim to illustrate the crazy cults in the wasteland, but damn if she didn’t grow on me.

Big thanks to everyone that has signed up on the FB fan page, the forum and that have started following me on Twitter. And a BIGGER thanks to those that stepped up to The Challenge to get those people there. We are almost there folks, almost time for a weekly release schedule. Who knows, maybe next week?

    Y’ALL ROCK!

Enough of my typer-tapper, here is:

  • Friday Night Drabble Party!

Wow, what a week! I’ve been so fried that I finally finished Dead Mech that I almost forgot to post this!

    Silly Jake…

Well, in honor of baseball season starting up, which both of my kids are now participating in, I bring you “Inter-dimensional Pastime”.

    Enjoy!

  • Friday Night Drabble Party!

Woo Hoo for Friday! And around here it’s a beautiful Friday! Spring has sproinged!

Well, I know last week’s drabble was a light one. More like skim milk than whole milk. It was tasty, but not something you want to put in a nice French roast, if ya know what I mean. (Yes, it is 7 a.m. when I’m writing this and yes, I am drinking coffee)

But, enough of my blather. Time to get down to business. Tonight’s drabble is a little more meaty than last week’s, a little more Jake. (he he, I just called myself meaty… he he)

    I present, “Moon Feast”.

    Good stuff…

    Enjoy!

    Moon Feast

Disclaimer: The moon! The moon’s to blame!

  • And now presenting, Dead Mech Episode 14!

Thank you, thank you, ahhh, you’re all too kind!

BIG HUGE THANKS to everyone that has stepped up to meet The Challenge! You’ve all done an amazing job and we are getting close to the goal! Just a few more subscribers and I’ll be able to start dropping an episode of Dead Mech each week.

Great promos at the end of the episode. Scott Sigler’s THE STARTER is on pre-sale starting April 1st! Check that out.

Also, a promo for Dead Robots Society, which I have recently discovered and am LOVING! Great discussions about writers and writing and everything in-between.

Well, enough of me, you better go listen to the episode.

    Cheers!

  • Friday Night Drabble Party!

It’s already Friday? Holy Snoochy Boochies!

Well, tonight, just to show I’m not all about violence and blood and gore and icky stuff, I have a whimsical drabble titled, “Heartbreak Meadows”.

Now, I know most people wouldn’t consider the term “Heartbreak” to be filled with whimsy, but compared to homicidal robots, freaky aliens or just sick and twisted everyday folk, this is whimsy. WHIMSY I SAY!

So kick back, relax and enjoy the next minute or so.

    Cheers!

    Heartbreak Meadows
